LOGISTICS ON THE NIGHT

Doors open at 5.30pm, and talks start at 6pm. We ask that you arrive by 5.50pm to ensure any slides or audiovisual set up can be tested before we kick off.

There will be some food and drinks served on the night but we do not cater a full meal. We should end the night with plenty of time to go for a dinner.

Unfortunately, we don’t have big sponsorship budgets so we’re not at the stage of being able to offer to fly speakers in or pay for any transfers.

If you’re not Sydney based and would prefer to deliver your talk via video, we can make that happen!

If your company has provided your transportation or helped you get to the event in any way, please feel free to mention their sponsorship of your talk!
